Is this course for me?
This course if made parents and caregivers who want to help their loved ones sleep better. If your loved one's heath is compromised, please check in with your loved ones doctor to make sure that light pressure is appropriate.
I have a baby, is this course appropriate for me?
I understand that babies and infants sometimes have problems sleeping and we would love to have ways to make sleep more possible for them, however, this course is appropriate for school-age children. The child should be able to be still for at least five minutes at a time.
